is a Swiss luxury watch manufacturer founded in 1846 by Ulysse Nardin, a talented watchmaker. The company is known for its innovative designs, high-quality materials, and precision movements, which have earned it a reputation as one of the world's leading watchmakers.

Now owned by Sowind Group SA, which purchased both  the "Ulysse Nardin" brand from the French group Kering in 2022.
