A new addition to the OPS sub-collection that combines thrill and adventure
Ulysse Nardin's strong connection to the sea has long been underscored. Throughout its history, the brand has been renowned for crafting marine chronometers and timekeeping instruments for seafarers. Additionally, Ulysse Nardin is committed to improving the health of our planet. In a significant endeavor, the brand has directed its focus towards addressing the escalating issue of plastic pollution in our oceans. This initiative culminated in the development of the “Diver Net” in 2020, a concept watch crafted from recycled fishing nets worthy of the ocean depths.
Continuing this trajectory, Ulysse Nardin unveils two new release this year, boasting a fashionable and sporty-chic allure, the “Diver Net OPS” and the “Diver Skeleton OPS”. Following the successful launch of the Freak X OPS and the Freak ONE OPS in 2023, these latest avant-garde editions further enhance the brand's "Ops" sub-collection.
The Diver Net OPS showcases an environmentally conscious design, featuring a middle case and movement holder crafted from 95% recycled stainless steel. Its side parts and case back are composed of Nylo X Carbonium, utilizing a combination of 60% upcycled fishing nets and 40% upcycled carbon fibers. The concave rotating bezel is constructed entirely from Carbonium, sourced from 100% upcycled carbon fibers. The case measures 44 mm in diameter and 14.81 mm in thickness, with a domed sapphire glass and an open sapphire case back. Its robust construction ensures water resistance up to 300 meters, making it both stylish and durable for aquatic adventures.
The dial features a khaki green hue with a sandblasted finish, adorned with embossed and brushed "X" logo. Positioned at the 12 o’clock is the power reserve indicator, while the date window is located at 6 o’clock beneath the small seconds subdial. The hands and indices are rhodium-plated and coated with beige Super-Luminova for enhanced visibility in low-light conditions.

The timepiece is powered by the UN-118 caliber, an automatic Manufacture movement with a silicon balance spring that offers exceptional stability and resistance to magnetic fields. Additionally, the escapement wheel and anchor are made from DiamonSil, a diamond and silicon plasma surface treatment that first made its appearance back in 2007. Operating at a frequency of 28,800 vph (4 Hz) and offering a 60-hour power reserve. The watch comes with a Khaki green fabric strap partly made from upcycled fishing nets and a Khaki green rubber strap, priced at CHF 12,600, equivalent to AED 51,300.
The Diver Skeleton OPS represents a daring reinterpretation of the traditional dive watch, elevating it to the realm of high-end horology. The sandblasted and brushed black DLC titanium case houses the timepiece, while carbonium takes center stage once more, adorning not only the concave unidirectional rotating bezel set around the sapphire crystal but also the barrel cover at 12 o’clock.
The black DLC titanium caseback is also adorned with a sapphire crystal, ensuring water resistance up to 200 meters. The case measures 44 mm but is slightly thicker compared to the other release, measuring 15.7 mm.

The modern design is underscored by the prominent skeleton X structure dominating the dial, which features a time-only display with black indexes and hands filled with beige Super-Luminova. The skeletonized automatic movement UN-372 powers the watch, showcasing an oversized oscillator and a silicon escapement. Operating at 21,600 vph (3Hz), the movement offers 72 hours of power reserve. The timepiece is complemented by a khaki green fabric strap, partly crafted from recycled fishing nets, priced at CHF 26,100, equivalent to AED 106,200.
