The Masterlink Perpetual Calendar, developed entirely in-house, marks a new chapter for the young and ambitious Maison as it continues to expand its repertoire of poetic complications.

In keeping with Gerald Charles’s “No Compromise” watchmaking philosophy, established by Mr. Genta more than a quarter of a century ago, the Masterlink Perpetual Calendar introduces an in-house, asymmetrical, automatic perpetual calendar calibre with a three-counter display.

Vyntage Horology opens 2026 with two distinct releases: one continuing its celebrated chronograph line, and the other expanding its classic dress collection, Purity, with a sportier twist. The new Purity Sports Classic blends racing-inspired aesthetics with lightweight elegance, featuring an aluminium case and dial that make it a refined yet dynamic addition to the collection.

The Purity Sports Classic embodies a more adventurous facet of Vyntage Horology’s design language. Limited to just 25 pieces, it draws on the brand’s previous aluminium-cased models, now reimagined with a sport-driven character. Encased in glass-beadblasted aluminium, the watch emphasizes clarity and purpose, reflecting a design philosophy focused on precise timekeeping.

Modernity is evident in both form and material. The 39 mm aluminium case was chosen for its strength, lightness, and comfort, ideal for contemporary collectors. Its weight-saving properties provide a bold alternative to traditional metals, perfectly expressing Vyntage Horology’s blend of tradition and innovation. The fully glass-beadblasted case offers a matte finish, weighing just 38.7 grams without the strap, with a total thickness of 10.8 mm (9.2 mm for the case alone).

Clarity and function define the dial. The sandblasted aluminium surface features Arabic numerals and a subtle hammered texture, enhancing legibility while adding visual depth. Racing-inspired colors reinforce its daytime sports character, complemented by a small seconds display at 7 o’clock. As with previous Purity editions, the watch is powered by a Swiss hand-wound movement beating at 21,600 vibrations per hour (3 Hz), delivering a power reserve of up to 90 hours.

The Purity Sports Classic comes with a grey ballistic rubber strap with turquoise stitching, accompanied by an additional easy-interchangeable black rubber strap, combining performance with everyday wearable luxury.

This limited edition of 25 pieces will be available at Ahmed Seddiqi boutiques in Dubai Mall, Mall of the Emirates, The Galleria Mall in Abu Dhabi, and in Riyadh, KSA. Priced at 28,300 AED.
