New aesthetics and materials for the 1960s inspired diving watch
Vulcain has built a reputation for its diving watches since the 1960s, alongside their iconic Alarm timepieces, including classics like the Cricket Alarm, Monopusher, or the Chronograph from the 1970s. Last year, Vulcain introduced the Skindiver Nautique 38mm, a diving watch that draws inspiration from the 1960s Nautique. This year, the brand expands its collection with four new references, available in stainless steel, yellow gold-plated steel, or bronze cases, each offering a unique dial color palette.
The new variations maintain a case thickness of 12.2mm, yet they diverge in aesthetic appeal. The stainless steel models feature a unidirectional rotating bezel adorned with a black ceramic insert. Protecting the dial with a domed sapphire crystal, while the solid steel caseback and screw-down crown ensure 200m of water resistance. Dials are available in either green or orange, with Super-LumiNova coating on both hands and indices for enhanced visibility.

The yellow gold PVD variant showcases a bezel with a blue ceramic insert, complemented by a captivating deep blue dial that features golden plated hands. Furthermore, the SLN indices feature an outline in the same captivating gold shade, enhancing both style and visibility. While the bronze variant comes with a black bezel and dial.
The Vulcain Skindiver Nautique 38mm collection is powered by the ETA 2824 automatic movement, operating at 28,800 vph (4Hz) and offering a power reserve of 38 hours. Vulcain offers a black leather strap fastened with a stainless steel pin buckle, adorned with an embossed carbon pattern and coordinating stitching. Moreover, customers can choose from an array of eight alternative strap options. The orange and green variants are priced at AED 6,800, the yellow gold-plated variant is priced at AED 8,300, and the bronze variant is priced at AED 9,000.
