Introducing Breguet Refreshes the Tradition Collection with a Modern Touch
Welcome to the hub of the horoloy
A playful tribute to one of the most iconic animated characters, the Pink Panther
The Seiko 5 Sports line has become a vibrant space where creativity meets everyday robustness, with an array of releases that showcases this perfectly, such as the official Pepsi edition, the Kentaro Yoshida collaboration, and many others. It is a collection built to welcome bold ideas, and its steady evolution has kept it fresh for a broad audience.

The brand’s latest release taps into the nostalgic charm of one of the most recognizable animated figures of the twentieth century. The Pink Panther, first introduced to audiences in the opening sequence of the 1960s films, later became the star of a dedicated cartoon series that cemented his fame. His mischievous personality now inspires a special edition within the Seiko 5 Sports SKX 38mm family, drawing from the early Pink Panther shorts, particularly the story where the elegant feline repeatedly repaints a house in bright pink.

The watch uses the compact SKX case profile, measuring 38mm in diameter and 12.1mm in thickness, with a stainless steel construction that balances sporty presence with everyday comfort. A Hardlex crystal tops the case, and a unidirectional bezel frames it with a black insert marked by pink numerals that echo the theme of the watch. The screw-in caseback features Pink Panther artwork printed on a pink-tinted Hardlex window that allows a partial view of the movement beneath. The watch is rated for 100 meters of water resistance.

The dial adopts a bright pink tone with stamped footprints across the surface, referencing the comedic chase between the Pink Panther and the Little Man. Applied indices, luminous hands, and a day date window maintain the familiar Seiko 5 layout, while the seconds hand carries a matching pink accent.

Inside is the automatic caliber 4R36, a reliable in-house movement that runs at a frequency of 21,600 vph (3Hz) and delivers a power reserve of 41 hours. The watch arrives with a stainless steel bracelet and a dedicated nylon strap that embraces the theme fully. It is rendered in bright pink, decorated with footprints, and finished with the phrase Wet Paint that appears in the original animation.
This model is limited to 9,999 pieces and will be available starting January 2026 at a price of £390, approximately AED 2,000.
