Introducing Breguet Refreshes the Tradition Collection with a Modern Touch
Welcome to the hub of the horoloy
A limited edition created specifically for the Mexican market
Panerai first earned its reputation by crafting precision instruments for the Italian Navy, gaining recognition for its accuracy and the robustness of its designs made for military divers. Over time, the brand evolved from a maker of military tools into a prestigious luxury watch manufacturer, blending Swiss craftsmanship with authentic Italian identity. Today, while remaining true to its historic roots, Panerai continues to expand its global presence and build cultural connections with watch enthusiasts around the world.
In its latest release, Panerai presents the Luminor Marina Carbotech Limited Edition Mexico PAM01706 during the Salón Internacional de Alta Relojería (SIAR) 2025 in Mexico City, celebrating the brand’s enduring connection with Mexico and its passionate community of collectors.
The watch features a 44 mm Carbotech case, an exclusive lightweight composite material based on carbon fiber. Each case is formed by compressing thin sheets of carbon fiber with PEEK polymer under high heat and pressure, resulting in a structure that is 64% lighter than titanium and 80% lighter than steel. The titanium DLC-coated caseback bears the engraving “MEXICO,” marking this model as a lasting tribute to the country. Water resistance is rated at 300 meters.

The matte green sandwich dial echoes the independence color of the Mexican national flag. It displays Panerai’s signature clean layout with central hour and minute hands, a small seconds subdial at 9 o’clock, and Arabic numerals and hour markers coated with green Super-LumiNova X2 for exceptional legibility in low light.

Powering the watch is the in-house automatic Calibre P.9010, a robust and efficient movement comprising 200 components and 31 jewels. It operates at 28,800 vph (4 Hz) and offers a 72-hour power reserve, thanks to its twin-barrel construction. The calibre also features a stop-seconds mechanism and independent hour adjustment in one-hour increments.

The black calf leather strap is accented with green, white, and red stitching, reflecting the colors of the Mexican flag, and is secured with a titanium DLC trapezoidal pin buckle. An additional black rubber strap is also included.
Limited to 60 pieces, the Luminor Marina Carbotech Mexico is available exclusively through the new Masaryk Boutique in Mexico City, opened in partnership with the Mexican retailer Berger Joyeros. The watch is priced at EUR 13,900 (approximately AED 59,200).
