Introducing The New Watch Ho & Co. x Selten Jui

Watch Ho & Co. is a Hong Kong-based club that has grown from a small group of friends into an international community of collectors united by a simple motto “Good vibes only.” Over the past two years, the club has fostered connections across cities and collecting styles, building a family-like network within the global watch scene. To mark its second anniversary, the club has teamed up with the Hong Kong-based microbrand Selten, known for its creative use of materials, to create a special edition timepiece named Jui 聚, meaning “to meet, to gather.”

The watch is housed in a 316L stainless steel case measuring 39 mm in diameter, 9.95 mm in thickness, and 45.5 mm lug-to-lug. The proportions strike a balance between modern presence and vintage comfort, making it suitable for a wide range of wrists. A domed sapphire crystal with inner anti-reflective coating ensures a clear view of the dial. Turning the watch over reveals a flat sapphire exhibition caseback showcasing the custom Selten rotor. 

Every dial begins with a piece of natural black Tahitian mother-of-pearl, chosen for its shifting tones of green, violet, red, and blue. The surface is then engraved using CNC precision to create a guilloché-style “mountain pattern” inspired by the armour worn in ancient China. Traditionally a symbol of unity and strength, here it represents the bond between collectors. Around the central motif are fine intersecting circles, while a discreet “2” at the 2 o’clock position on the chapter ring pays tribute to the anniversary. The dial is completed with openworked sword-style hands.

Powering the watch is the Miyota 9039 automatic movement, offering a 42-hour power reserve and operating at a frequency of 28,800 vph (4 Hz). The watch comes fitted with a HasNoBounds hand-stitched French Epsom leather strap with a green goatskin lining.

This limited edition was available for pre-order during a 72-hour window, which has since closed, meaning no further pieces will be made in this configuration. The price is USD 1,099, approximately AED 4,100.
