Six models that brings modern updates and elegant aesthetics
When it comes to watches and motorsport, few names are as tightly woven into both as TAG Heuer. Among its many contributions, none perhaps is more iconic than the Carrera collection, born in the early 1960s when owner and CEO Jack Heuer designed a watch inspired by the thrilling, and dangerous, Carrera Panamericana road race in Mexico. Crafted to offer supreme legibility, precision, and resilience under pressure, the Carrera became a favorite among professional drivers and watch enthusiasts. This year, TAG Heuer unveils a refreshed evolution of one of its cornerstone timepieces: the Carrera Day-Date and the Carrera Twin-Time, a new collection that introduces six models.
The latest Carrera models feature a refined 41mm stainless steel case, brushed and polished, with a sleek 12.57mm thickness. These balanced proportions ensure a commanding yet comfortable presence on the wrist. The domed, bevelled sapphire crystal, treated with double anti-reflective coating, enhances readability while the transparent caseback, secured by screws, offers a glimpse of the intricate movement within.

The Day-Date collection presents four striking dial options: a textured black grained finish, a black opaline, a blue sunray-brushed, and a bold red opaline gradient. Each variant features applied rhodium-plated or rose gold-plated indices and dauphine hands coated with Super-LumiNova for optimal visibility in any lighting. At 3 o’clock, a framed day-date window, accented by an arrow on the flange, maintains the Carrera’s signature symmetry.
However, the Twin-Time model stands out with its teal sunray-brushed dial, paired with a silver and teal 24-hour scale and a vibrant red lacquered GMT hand. Rhodium-plated Arabic numerals and a relocated date window at 6 o’clock create a clean, travel-ready aesthetic.
The Carrera Day-Date is powered by TH31-02 and the Twin-Time is powered by TH31-03 calibres. Developed in collaboration with ATM Manufacture, a specialist division of Sellita, these automatic movements operate at a frequency of 28,800 vph (4Hz) and boast a 80-hour power reserve.

The collection offers a range of strap and bracelet options to suit every style. The three-row stainless steel bracelet features easy-to-remove links and a secure double-folding clasp with safety push-buttons. For a touch of vintage motorsport charm, the black grained dial Day-Date comes paired with a perforated calfskin strap, lined in light blue, while the black opaline dial model elevates its appeal with a luxurious two-tone steel and rose gold bracelet.

The Day-Date collection starts at CHF 3,900/AED AED 15,600 for the black grained dial with a strap, while the black opaline dial with a stainless steel bracelet is priced at CHF 4,300/AED 17,200. The two-tone bracelet variant is pierced at CHF 8,250/AED 33,000. The blue and red variants each retail for CHF 4,100/AED 16,400, while the Twin-Time is offered at CHF 4,750/AED 19,000.
