Now with a two-tone case combining white and rose gold, and a grey dial
The Alarm Travel Time launched in 2019 is the quintessential travel watch combining the exclusive Travel Time dual-time display with a 24-hour alarm mechanism featuring a hammer striking a classic gong. Patek Philippe reinterprets this Grand Complication in a two tone version with a rose gold case and four white gold pusher tubes. This new edition joins the collection’s Reference 5520P in platinum with a sunburst black dial.

The elegant 42.2mm diameter case, crafted in a captivating blend of rose gold and white gold, boasts a slim profile with a thickness of just 11.6mm. it offers water resistance up to 30 meters. Adding a touch of customization, the case features interchangeable solid and sapphire crystal case backs, allowing for personalization and practicality in equal measure.
The three-position crown at 4 o’clock simplifies timekeeping tasks with ease. When pushed in clockwise, it winds the alarm, counterclockwise for the movement. Pulling it out once sets the alarm time in 15-minute steps, while pulling it out twice sets the time and stops seconds precisely.

When traveling, all the wearer needs to do is press the pusher at 8 or 10 o’clock to move the local time hand forwards or backwards in one hour increments. Both time zones feature day/night indicators and the date is synchronized with the local-time hand. The two Travel Time pushers with raised + and - indications and the 2 o’clock pusher to activate/deactivate the alarm recognizable by its bell motif are both equipped with a patented safety locking mechanism. Additionally, the dedicated corrector between the lugs at 6 o'clock, simplifies date adjustments for seamless calendar management.
The sunburst gray dial is enhanced by charcoal gray applied Arabic numerals and sword-shaped hands in white gold with luminescent coating. Meanwhile, the minutes railtrack and the date subdial ring in black feature a snailed pattern with white printed Arabic numerals and rail track. Additionally, the number one on the date ring is highlighted in red.
The Travel Time Alarm features two central hour hands, one solid for local time and the other skeletonized for home time, while the central second and the date hand are sword-shaped in white color.
The alarm time is displayed in a white window, showing exact quarters and hours, while underneath, there's a day/night indication. At the top of this window, there's a bell-shaped indicator for the alarm on/off status.
At 9 o'clock, there's a day/night indicator for local time, and at 3 o'clock, there's another one for home time.
