Introducing Breguet Refreshes the Tradition Collection with a Modern Touch
Welcome to the hub of the horoloy
An elegant piece in stainless steel and rose gold case
Founded in the Swiss town of Fleurier in 1996 by master watchmaker Michel Parmigiani, the maison was born from a deep respect for traditional horology. Parmigiani’s early work restoring historical timepieces instilled in him a reverence for proportion, symmetry, and craftsmanship, principles that continue to define the brand today.
The Tonda PF collection marked a new chapter for Parmigiani Fleurier when it debuted in 2021, introducing a sleek, integrated design language executed with discreet sophistication. With releases such as the 36mm Deep Ruby, Stone Blue, and Platinum Stone Blue, the line has become a symbol of refined modernity. Expanding this elegant series, Parmigiani now unveils a new two-tone edition of the Tonda PF Micro-Rotor, combining stainless steel and 18-carat rose gold in perfect harmony.
The watch features a 40 mm case standing just 7.8 mm thick. The interplay of polished and brushed surfaces accentuates its sculpted lines, while the finely knurled rose-gold bezel adds warmth and contrast. Both the front and back are fitted with sapphire crystals, and a 4.3 mm screw-down crown ensures water resistance to 100 meters. The transparent caseback reveals the beautifully finished movement, engraved with markings such as “Swiss Made” and “Parmigiani Fleurier.”
The dial presents Parmigiani’s signature grain d’orge hand-guilloché motif in a sophisticated Stone Blue hue that subtly shifts from silvery to deep blue tones under varying light. It features 18k rose-gold indices, the oval PF cartouche at 12 o’clock, and skeletonized delta-shaped hands.
At its heart lies the in-house Calibre PF703, a remarkably thin automatic movement measuring only 3.07 mm. Operating at 21,600 vibrations per hour (3 Hz), it delivers a 48-hour power reserve and features a 22k rose-gold micro-rotor intricately engraved with the grain d’orge guilloché pattern.
Completing the watch is a two-tone integrated bracelet in stainless steel and rose gold, secured by a concealed folding clasp. This elegant timepiece joins Parmigiani Fleurier’s permanent collection, priced at CHF 28,200 (approximately AED 130,300).
