Introducing Breguet Refreshes the Tradition Collection with a Modern Touch
Welcome to the hub of the horoloy
A new ProPilot that captures the warmth, and beauty of desert landscapes
Oris has long been celebrated for creating reliable mechanical watches with aviation inspired designs, and the ProPilot line has become one of the brand’s most recognisable collections with its oversized "Big Crown" for easy adjustment even with gloves on, and a signature fluted bezel. This year, the brand is launching the ProPilot Desert Edition shaped by the character and tones of the desert.
The new watch is based on the newly updated ProPilot Date, a model that has been refined with sharper lines, reworked numerals and slimmer hands to create a more modern presence. This new version carries those updates forward while introducing materials and colours chosen to perform in some of the toughest environments.
The watch features a 41 mm case made of lightweight carbon fibre produced through an advanced additive manufacturing and moulding technique developed by Oris. It measures 11.70 mm in thickness and has a lug to lug of 49 mm. The crown, bezel and case back are stainless steel with a grey PVD coating that matches the dark tone of the carbon fibre case middle. The stainless steel case back is secured with screws and fitted with a see through mineral glass window. The watch is water resistant to 100 meters.
The dial is finished in a sand beige tone inspired by desert landscapes and has a grained texture that reinforces the theme. Black hands and applied indices offer clear legibility, supported by Super-LumiNova for low light visibility. The dial features a date window at 6 o'clock, and small red accents that add a touch of contrast and reflect the adventurous character of the watch.

The watch is fitted on a black hybrid rubber and textile strap that offers comfort and durability. It is secured by a stainless steel folding clasp with a grey PVD coating. The clasp incorporates the updated version of the ProPilot Lift. The price is CHF 2,850, approximately AED 13,100.
