Introducing Chronoswiss Expands the Pulse GMT with Two Limited Editions
Welcome to the hub of the horoloy
A high-performance timepiece inspired by the thrill of the racetrack
The Multifort line has long been associated with strength and resilience since its debut in 1934. Originally designed to embody industrial robustness, the collection has evolved into one of Mido’s most technically refined families, with notable releases such as the Skeleton Chronograph and the 8 Two Crowns. The latest addition, the Multifort Chronometer¹ Racer, pays tribute to the world of motor racing with its striking blue and orange color scheme and certified precision.
The watch features a 42 mm brushed and polished stainless-steel case with a black PVD-coated polished bezel, combining durability with elegance. Its domed sapphire crystal is treated with anti-reflective coating on both sides to ensure excellent readability. Measuring 48.96 mm from lug to lug, it offers a comfortable presence on the wrist, while the screw-down crown provides 100 meters of water resistance.

The black dial showcases vertical Côtes de Genève patterns, bordered by blue and orange rings inspired by racing dashboards. Faceted hands coated with Super-LumiNova ensure visibility in low light, while the orange seconds hand adds a dynamic contrast. The dial also includes day and date displays at 3 o’clock.

At the heart of the watch lies the Mido Caliber 80 Si, an automatic COSC-certified chronometer based on the ETA C07.821. It features a silicon balance spring for enhanced resistance to magnetism and shocks, operates at 21,600 vph (3 Hz), and delivers an impressive 80-hour power reserve.
The watch is supplied with two interchangeable leather straps: the first is a light blue strap with orange printed lines, and the second is a black perforated leather strap accented with orange and blue stitching. Both are fitted with a black PVD-coated stainless-steel folding clasp engraved with the Mido logo and feature quick-release bars for easy strap changes.
