Introducing Breguet Refreshes the Tradition Collection with a Modern Touch
Welcome to the hub of the horoloy
Paying tribute to the history of automobile racing with red and blue hues
Louis Moinet is a Swiss brand that honors its 19th-century namesake, an inventor of the chronograph and a pioneer in precision timekeeping. Revived in the modern era by Jean-Marie Schaller, Louis Moinet has carved out a distinct identity through highly technical and creatively audacious timepieces.
Among Louis Moinet’s standout creations is the Time to Race collection, a vibrant tribute to the world of motorsport. Blending horology with high-octane aesthetics, this series champions individual expression, as each timepiece is customized with a unique “lucky number” on the dial. For 2025, two new editions join the race, RUSH and WHITE FUJI.
The watch features a polished and brushed Grade 5 titanium case measuring 40.7 mm in diameter. Prioritizing weight efficiency, the case tips the scales at just 18 grams, while a domed sapphire crystal, adding only 15 grams, offers a clear view of the movement below. The case also includes a monopusher at 2 o’clock.

Each dial is built on a woven carbon fibre base, nodding to racing’s use of high-tech materials. The outer flange integrates a tachymeter scale and 60-second track. At 6 o’clock, an off-centre display showcases the hours and minutes, accompanied by a bold numeral, the wearer’s chosen lucky number, bordered by a metal ring inspired by engine cylinder bores. Chronograph counters are positioned at 9 and 3 o'clock. In the WHITE FUJI edition, the interplay of white and red pays tribute to Japan’s motorsport dominance. In RUSH, an intense metallic blue evokes the spirit of the legendary Scottish racing team, Ecurie Ecosse.
Powering the watch is the Calibre LM96, an automatic movement featuring a single-pusher column-wheel chronograph. The mechanism comprises 147 components in the chronograph module and 164 in the base calibre. Operating at a frequency of 28,800 vph (4 Hz), it offers a 48-hour power reserve. Each edition is paired with either a white or blue rubber strap, depending on the model. Price upon request.
