Introducing Breguet Refreshes the Tradition Collection with a Modern Touch
Welcome to the hub of the horoloy
A limited edition in with Italian artist Monica Bonvicini
Louis Erard is an independent Swiss watchmaker that has, in recent years, repositioned itself through a clear and deliberate strategy centered on collaboration. Under the leadership of Manuel Emch, the brand has moved away from conventional product-led storytelling and instead established itself as a platform where watchmaking intersects with contemporary creation. This shift has resulted in a series of collaborations with independent watchmakers and artists such as Konstantin Chaykin, Alain Silberstein, and GoS, positioning Louis Erard as a facilitator of creative expression.

Following partnerships with figures from both horology and contemporary art, Louis Erard continues this trajectory with its third artist watch, developed in collaboration with Italian artist Monica Bonvicini. Released to coincide with the 14th edition of Art Genève, the Louis Erard x Monica Bonvicini NOT FOR YOU translates one of the artist’s most recognizable text-based works into the language of watchmaking.

The case is crafted from polished stainless steel, measuring 39 mm in diameter with a thickness of 12.82 mm. Domed sapphire crystals are fitted on both sides of the case. The dial is rendered in black and built around a Clous de Paris surface. There are no indices to structure the display. Instead, the visual focus is drawn entirely to the applied NOT FOR YOU lettering, executed in mirror-polished metal and placed centrally, accompanied by rhodium-plated hour and minute hands. On the caseback, however, the NOT FOR YOU message reappears on the crystal in mirror-polished metallic lettering, this time positioned inward.
Powering the watch is the Sellita SW261-1 automatic movement. Operating at a frequency of 28,800 vph (4 Hz), it delivers a power reserve of 38 hours. The calibre is configured without a small seconds display to support the pared-back dial architecture.

The watch is paired with a black Baranil calfskin strap, secured by a polished stainless steel pin buckle and fitted with quick-release spring bars. This release is limited to 178 pieces and is priced at CHF 3,900, approximately AED 18,500.
