An elegant emerald green release adorns the Evolution 9 collection
The renowned Japanese brand Grand Seiko is celebrated for drawing inspiration from the beauty of Japanese nature, with its releases reflecting the spirit of this unique culture. The brand offers a variety of collections, including the Evolution 9 collection, first introduced in 2020 to commemorate the 60th anniversary of the iconic 44GS. Now, Grand Seiko presents a new version of this collection, the "Spring Drive Atera Valley Five Days SLGA025," showcasing its latest innovation with an impressive five-day power reserve and an emerald green dial inspired by the Atera Valley in Nagano Prefecture.
Featuring a 40mm diameter, 11.8mm thick titanium case measuring 47.9mm lug-to-lug distance, the case combines the lightweight, corrosion-resistant properties of titanium with a beautiful, classic design. The case is finished with a combination of satin burshing and Zaratsu polishing. A double-curved sapphire crystal, with anti-reflective coating, protects the dial, and the movement can be viewed through the screw-down sapphire case back. Additionally, the watch features a screw-down crown that ensures the watch is water-resistant to 100 meters.

The Grand Seiko SLGA025 showcases a dial inspired by the Atira Valley in Nagano Prefecture, reflecting the emerald green of the valley’s waters. It has an intricate texture that mimics the flow of a river, shifting from emerald to dark green depending on the light. The dial includes polished, raised hands and indexes, a metal-framed date window at 3 o’clock, and a matte turquoise minute track on the edge.

The watch comes with a titanium bracelet with three-fold clasp and push-button release, priced at USD 10,500 equivalent to AED 38,500.
