The New Patek Philippe Twenty~4 7340/1R Perpetual Calendar

Introduced in 1999, the Twenty~4 collection was Patek Philippe’s first dedicated line of feminine timepieces. The original model featured an Art Deco-inspired manchette (cuff) design, but in 2018, the brand unveiled the Twenty~4 Automatic, which is a round-cased iteration powered by an automatic movement. This year, Patek Philippe elevates the collection further by introducing a perpetual calendar complication, marking the collection's debut in the realm of Grand Complications.
Crafted entirely in 18K rose gold, the watch features a 36mm case with a slender profile of just 9.95mm, making it sit gracefully on the wrist. The case is meticulously finished with a combination of polished and brushed surfaces, enhancing its refined aesthetic. Two dial options are available. The Ref. 7340/1R-001 features a silvery opaline dial with a vertical satin finish, evoking the texture of shantung silk that feature irregular texture, while the Ref. 7340/1R-010 presents an olive green sunburst dial for a more contemporary appeal.

Introducing The New Formex REEF 39.5mm Bahama Blue Automatic 300M

An ideal diver's watch for summer adventures, tailored to suit the season

Formex was founded by two Swiss brothers, Hans-Peter and Ferdinand Grädel, both esteemed watchmakers and enthusiasts. The brand offers timepieces that blend exceptional craftsmanship with cutting-edge design, all at an accessible price point. Following the success of the Essence Space Gold, which features a rose gold on a meteorite dial, Formex is now releasing the Reef 39.5mm "Bahama Blue", a new diver's watch that's the perfect fit for summer.

The new watch is a smaller version of the famous 300-meter water-resistant Reef diver's watch, boasting a 39.5mm diameter and an 11mm thickness. Crafted from 316L stainless steel with a titanium grade 2 container, it features a unidirectional bezel made from zirconium oxide ceramic, complementing the light blue hue of the dial. Equipped with a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal with an anti-reflective treatment on the inside, and a stainless steel case back.

The dial features a polished surface coated with light blue lacquer, followed by seven layers of transparent lacquer. It showcases hand-applied, triangle-shaped indices angled towards the center. To enhance legibility, the indices, as well as the hour and minute hands, are brushed, polished, and coated with Super-LumiNova that emits a blue glow in the dark. Additionally, the dial includes a date window at the 6 o'clock position.

The watch is powered by the Sellita SW300-1, a COSC-certified automatic movement that operates at 28,800 vph (4Hz) and offers a 56-hour power reserve. The watch comes with a stainless steel bracelet with screwed links and a buckle, at a price of AED 8,990.

Waqt is the official exclusive retailer for Formex in the UAE, offering enthusiasts the opportunity to experience these exceptional timepieces firsthand. You can explore and order Formex watches from our E-shop.
