Introducing Albishorn Unveils the Type 10 Officer
Welcome to the hub of the horoloy
Carbon case and exclusive dial created in collaboration for the Watches of Switzerland collection
Since its founding in 1889 in Le Locle, Switzerland, DOXA has played a pivotal role in the evolution of professional dive watches. The brand made horological history in 1967 with the introduction of the SUB 300, the first commercially available dive watch equipped with a unidirectional rotating bezel featuring the U.S. Navy’s no-decompression dive table—a breakthrough in underwater safety.
Its now-iconic orange dial, designed for maximum visibility in low-light aquatic environments, set DOXA apart in a market then dominated by black and blue dials.
Over the decades, the SUB series became a benchmark for robust, purpose-built dive instruments, adopted by both recreational divers and military units. From equipping Cousteau’s team aboard the Calypso to pioneering the use of forged carbon and helium escape valves, DOXA has consistently combined technical innovation with tool-watch functionality rooted in real-world use.
Over the years, DOXA has introduced a wide range of dive watches across multiple collections, with the SUB 300 series standing out as its most renowned and enduring line. The SUB 300 has garnered widespread acclaim for its blend of innovative design and reliable performance, solidifying its status as a cornerstone of the brand’s diving heritage.
Continuing this legacy, DOXA recently unveiled the latest iteration in the collection—the “SUB 300 Carbon Seafoam Limited Edition”—developed in partnership with the prestigious “Watches of Switzerland Group”. Established as one of the largest luxury watch retailers in the UK and US, the Watches of Switzerland Group represents some of the world’s most iconic horological brands and operates an extensive network of boutiques.

The case of the watch is made from forged carbon, making it lighter, stronger, and more modern in design. It measures 42.5 mm in diameter with dimensions of 42.50 mm × 45.00 mm and a thickness of 13.40 mm. The case back is crafted from pressure-resistant titanium to protect the movement. Designed to withstand water pressure up to 300 meters, the case features a screw-down crown to enhance water resistance. The case back is engraved with the Watches of Switzerland logo and the individual watch number out of pieces. The scratch-resistant sapphire crystal is treated with an anti-reflective coating and is domed as a tribute to the original design and heritage of the watch.

The dial of the watch features a sunray-finished surface in an exclusive pastel Seafoam-green hue, created specifically for The Watches of Switzerland Group. It is accented with black printed baton hour indices and oversized hands, both generously coated with Super-LumiNova for exceptional legibility in low-light conditions. A discreet date window is positioned at 3 o’clock, enhancing functionality.
The watch is powered by the Swiss-made Sellita SW200-1 automatic movement, which is COSC-certified to ensure chronometer-grade accuracy and reliability. Beating at a frequency of 28,800 vph (4 Hz), this robust movement features 26 jewels and provides a power reserve of approximately 38 hours. It is also decorated with signature DOXA finishes.
It comes with FKM rubber strap and a black PVD-coated folding clasp, which features a ratcheting wetsuit extension for added versatility during diving. Additionally, it includes a Seafoam NATO strap with a pin buckle and quick-release spring bars. This exclusive timepiece is limited to just 100 pieces worldwide and is priced at USD 3,990 which is equivalent to AED 14,700 approximately.
