Introducing Breguet Refreshes the Tradition Collection with a Modern Touch

A tribute to the golden age of flight, in collaboration with Pan American World Airways
Christopher Ward has steadily established itself as one of the most respected independent watchmakers of the modern British era. Over the past decade, its dive and sports collections, such as the C60 Trident Pro 300 GMT and The Twelve 660, have become central to the brand’s identity.

Today, the brand introduces the C60 Clipper GMT, a special edition created in collaboration with Pan American World Airways, which was the principal and largest international air carrier of the United States for much of the 20th century and served as the nation’s sole international airline before World War II.

The watch is housed in a 42 mm stainless steel case with a thickness of 12.45 mm. It features the brand’s proprietary Light-Catcher three-dimensional architecture, combining brushed and polished surfaces to enhance comfort and visual presence while maintaining a robust tool-watch profile. A closed, screw-down caseback secures the movement and provides water resistance rated at 300 meters.

The dial features an eggshell base complemented by a blue and red rehaut carrying the minute track and 24-hour markings. Large applied hour markers and bold hands ensure strong legibility, all filled with Super-LumiNova Grade X1 BL Old Radium for low-light visibility. A central seconds hand with a stylised aviation-inspired counterbalance is joined by a blue GMT hand and a date display positioned at 6 o’clock.
Powering the watch is the Sellita SW330-2 GMT automatic movement. It operates at a frequency of 28,800 vph (4 Hz) and delivers a power reserve of 56 hours. The watch is delivered on a stainless steel Bader bracelet and is accompanied by a complimentary woven strap inspired by aviation safety materials.
The watch is produced as a limited edition of 707 pieces, a number that pays tribute to the Boeing 707 Clipper, the aircraft that marked Pan Am’s historic transition into the jet age. The price is set at £1,450, approximately AED 7,200.
