Introducing Breguet Refreshes the Tradition Collection with a Modern Touch
Welcome to the hub of the horoloy
An elegant release that brings aventurine glass and diamonds into the iconic collection
Even as Bell & Ross expanded beyond pure instrument watches, it remained committed to strong geometry, functional clarity, and a style rooted in aviation. That identity takes on a more modern, everyday form in the BR-05 collection, where the brand’s signature round within a square design is reworked into an integrated-bracelet sports watch with smoother lines and a more contemporary presence.

The latest BR-05 36 mm Blue Diamond Eagle builds on that foundation, but introduces a more expressive side through a dial that shifts the mood from purely sporty to something more elegant. It retains the architectural strength of the BR-05, while using an aventurine dial and diamonds to create a theme inspired by the Aquila constellation.

The case is made of brushed and polished stainless steel, and measures 36 mm in diameter and 8.7 mm in thickness. The screw-down crown is flanked by crown guards, reinforcing the collection’s sporty character. The caseback is closed and features a laser engraving of the Aquila constellation. Water resistance is rated at 100 metres.

The dial is rendered in blue aventurine and designed to evoke the depth and sparkle of a night sky. The hands are kept simple and clear, while the hour markers are replaced with diamonds. Bell & Ross goes a step further by recreating the Aquila constellation with seven diamonds of different sizes across the dial. The largest stone, positioned between 10 and 11 o’clock, represents Altair, the brightest star in the constellation Aquila, also known as the Eagle, and the 12th brightest star in the night sky, while the remaining stones trace the outline of the constellation.
