A new luxurious case adorns the One Week Skeleton
Over the years, Armin Strom has become known for transforming movements into visual architecture, treating skeletonisation not as decoration but as a structural language. The One Week collection represents this philosophy at its highest level, combining a long power reserve with a fully openworked construction that places engineering at the centre of the design. In its latest release, the brand introduces a Rose Gold edition that adds a refined touch of luxury.
The case measures 41 mm in diameter and 10.6 mm in thickness. It is crafted from solid 18K rose gold and features a contemporary profile shaped by a domed sapphire crystal. The construction combines polished and satin-brushed surfaces, while subtle crown guards provide additional protection and visual balance. The sapphire caseback offers a full view of the skeletonised movement. Water resistance is rated at 100 metres.
The skeletonized dial features a black minute ring frames the display and allows precise time reading. Applied rose gold-coloured indices filled with Super-LumiNova enhance legibility. The hands are rose gold-coloured, polished, and also filled with Super-LumiNova. A skeletonised small seconds subdial is positioned at 9 o’clock. The open architecture reveals the gear train and prominently displays the dual barrel ratchet wheels, as well as the conical power reserve mechanism.
Powering the watch is the in-house, hand-wound Calibre ARM21-S. It operates at a frequency of 25,200 vph (3.5 Hz). The movement is built around two mainspring barrels mounted in series and delivers a power reserve of seven days.
The watch is fitted with a black textile strap secured by an 18K rose gold pin buckle. It is limited to 50 pieces and priced at CHF 47,000, approximately AED 214,600.
