Introducing Breguet Refreshes the Tradition Collection with a Modern Touch

A modern calendar complication for everyday use
Krayon has followed a path of transforming complex calendar and astronomical calculations into mechanical displays that approach time as something to be visualised in full. From its early astronomical references to more recent calendar-driven creations, the brand’s watches are designed to be read instinctively. The Anyday collection represents the most pragmatic expression of that philosophy, shifting the focus from cosmic cycles to the structure of everyday life by presenting an entire month at a single glance.

After establishing its name with the Everywhere and Anywhere models, both deeply rooted in natural time cycles, Krayon turned its attention toward a more pragmatic interpretation of time management. The Anyday collection emerged as a mechanical response to how we organise our daily lives, translating the structure of a month into an intuitive visual display. Following the white gold variant released last year, the brand now introduces a new version in rose gold.

The case is crafted entirely from polished 18k rose gold and retains the elegant proportions that define the collection. It measures 39 mm in diameter and just 9.5 mm in thickness, dimensions that allow the watch to sit comfortably on the wrist and reinforce its role as a daily companion. Sapphire crystals are fitted to both the front and back, with the latter offering an unobstructed view of the movement. Water resistance is rated at 30 metres.

The dial is presented in a two-tone anthracite grey configuration. A darker central section features a finely executed guilloché pattern formed from Krayon’s stylised “Y” motif, while a lighter peripheral ring frames the calendar display. Time is indicated by central hour and minute hands, while a rose-gold crescent-shaped pointer traces the date around the outer edge of the dial. Applied Y-shaped rose-gold indices punctuate the surface, their combination of polished and sandblasted finishes adding subtle contrast. The calendar layout distinguishes weekdays from weekends through colour alone, while four discreet dots positioned between the end of one month and the beginning of the next offer a preview of the days ahead.

Powering these indications is Krayon’s in-house calibre C032, a manually wound movement developed specifically for the Anyday. It operates at a frequency of 21,600 vph (3 Hz) and delivers a power reserve of 72 hours.

The watch is paired with an anthracite lizard leather strap that complements the tones of the dial and is secured with a matching rose-gold pin buckle. It joins the permanent collection. While pricing has not yet been disclosed, it is expected to align with the white gold version, which is priced at CHF 88,000, approximately AED 415,000.
