Introducing Breguet Refreshes the Tradition Collection with a Modern Touch

The brand's exceptional time display now with a moon phase complication
Trilobe is a new independent watchmaker founded in 2018 by the 38 year old Gautier Massonneau. After unveiling few releases the brand introduced its first collection in 2021, and named it "Les Matinaux", featuring a patent "no hands" time display with rotating discs and three fixed pointers indicating hours, minutes, and seconds.
This year, the French brand presents L’Heure Exquise, a new release available in either grade 5 titanium or 18 rose gold cases. Inspired by the previous Les Matinaux timepiece, L’Heure Exquise incorporates a captivating moon phase complication.
The Les Matinaux L’Heure Exquise release offers cases crafted from grade 5 titanium, available in diameters of 40.5mm and 38.5mm, or in a 40.5mm variant crafted from 18k rose gold. Each case features a slim profile measuring 9.2mm thick. The case is brushed and polished, featuring a sapphire crystal treated with multi-layered anti-reflective coating, surrounded by a domed bezel.
This release features discs that rotate counterclockwise, with hours positioned near the flange, off-centered minutes, and seconds now moving on a starry sapphire glass on top of the moon phase display. The dials are available in either blue or dune hues with a sandblasted finish. A solitary Trilobe-trifolium indicator denotes the hours and minutes at the 12 o’clock position.
Additionally, Trilobe unveils a "Secret" model, offering a distinct dial option featuring a depiction of the starry night sky. Customers have the opportunity to personalize their timepieces with this celestial display by furnishing Trilobe with their desired date and location.
