Hublot's 6th collaboration with the Dominican Arturo Fuente Cigar Factory
At the Arturo Fuente Cigar Factory, a historic home to over a century of exquisite cigar-making, a new chapter was unveiled. Hublot and the CEO of the factory, Carlito Fuente, united by 12 years of friendship and a shared dedication to artistry, introduced their 6th special edition: the Classic Fusion Chronograph Arturo Fuente King Gold, adorned with an elegant gold-and-green aesthetic. This exceptional timepiece pays tribute to the 25th anniversary of the OpusX cigar, in a beautiful limited edition timepiece.
The watch stands out distinctly from previous editions. It debuts in a 42mm Classic Fusion Chronograph case, marking the first time a Fuente collaboration adopts this size, and features both the case and bezel crafted from King Gold. This proprietary alloy, celebrated for its warmer hue compared to traditional 18K gold, incorporates platinum and which we have seen in the Hublot x Argentine collaboration.
Enhancing its uniqueness, the bezel is adorned with a laser-engraved tobacco leaf motif, secured with six H-shaped titanium screws. The case, measuring 11.9mm in thickness, is topped with a sapphire crystal that protects the dial. The brushed and micro-blasted (sandblast on a micro level) 18K King Gold case back is engraved with the OPX24 logo.

The dial features a vibrant emerald green hue with a sunray pattern, complemented by a gradient "fumé" effect that darkens towards the edges to enhance contrast and depth. The anniversary edition of the OpusX logo, rendered in gold and green, is prominently displayed on the small seconds counter at 3 o’clock. The dial also features a chronograph minutes counter at 9 o’clock, and a date window is positioned at 6 o’clock.

Powering the watch is the HUB1153 automatic chronograph calibre, based on ETA 2892-A2, operating at a frequency of 28,800 vph (4Hz) and offering a power reserve of 42 hours. It is paired with a strap that combines black rubber with green alligator leather, secured by an 18K Gold 5N and black-plated stainless steel deployant buckle. The watch is limited to just 50 pieces, and priced at CHF 36,900, approximately AED 154,400.
