Introducing TAG Heuer’s Monaco Chronograph Gets a Vibrant Pink Edition

The iconic watch in a bold, Las Vegas-inspired color

TAG Heuer presents a new iteration of the famous Monaco Chronograph, a timepiece that encapsulates the Maison’s daring spirit. The watchmaker introduces this new pink iteration of the TAG Heuer Monaco Chronograph, fusing playful and modern aesthetics with the collection’s rich heritage.

This stunning timepiece tells a narrative that unfolds with each tick of the chronograph. The vibrant pink skeleton dial is a celebration of color, reflecting the lively ambiance of Las Vegas and its iconic city lights, enhanced by vivid, eye-catching accents.

We recently saw it in a remarkable blue version, introduced as a tribute piece to Monaco, and a green variant that pays homage to the traditional British racing livery, further emphasizing its connection to the racing world.

TAG Heuer has been the official timekeeper and partner of the Oracle Red Bull Racing Formula 1 team since 2016. Additionally, the LVMH Group, which owns TAG Heuer, recently replaced Rolex as the official Formula 1 sponsor. This development suggests that TAG Heuer may represent the French group in future Formula 1 Grand Prix events.

The new model boasts a Grade 2 titanium sandblasted case. It measures 39 mm in diameter and 15.2 mm in thickness and is coated with black DLC. The watch includes a beveled, domed sapphire crystal and a sandblasted black DLC Grade 2 titanium screwed sapphire caseback, ensuring 100 meters of water resistance.

The skeletonized dial, which is black sandblasted, features a black 30-minute chronograph counter set on a pink opaline disk at 3 o’clock, with a pink lacquered hand. At 6 o'clock, there is a small seconds sub-dial with a black gold-plated hand, and at 9 o'clock, a black 12-hour chronograph counter sits on a pink opaline disk with a pink lacquered hand. The hands and indexes are adorned with Super-LumiNova, emitting a light blue glow for enhanced visibility in low-light conditions. Additionally, there is a date window at 6 o'clock, also featuring light blue Super-LumiNova for clarity.

The watch is powered by the Caliber Heuer 02, an in-house automatic movement that operates at 28,800 vph (4 Hz) and offers an 80-hour power reserve. The new Monaco Chronograph comes with an embossed black calfskin leather and rubber strap, secured by a black DLC Grade 2 titanium folding clasp. It is priced at CHF 11,000, equivalent to AED 44,200.
