Introducing Breguet Refreshes the Tradition Collection with a Modern Touch
Welcome to the hub of the horoloy
A limited edition that fuses the beauty of Arabic mosaics with the art of watchmaking
As the third and final chapter of a six-year partnership between the luxury retail group and the independent watchmaker Ressence, this watch upholds seamless continuation with the first two creations, while offering a distinct interpretation of Arab art.

The new Ressence Type 1 is almost a complete transformation of the previous Type 1 versions. This time crafted in titanium and a little bit bigger with 42.7 millimeters, and a thickness of 11 millimeters. It has a convex German silver dial with Arabic geometric patterns, where it combines unexplainable cloisonné shapes of Arabic mosaics.

The dial itself still has the remarkable setup with a main disc and three subdials that are constantly in motion. The three counters display the hours, seconds and days of the week. The main disc indicates the minutes on the outermost 60-minute track. But what is really striking here is the full luminous effect on the entire dial. In the dark it produces a gentle green glow from grade A super luminova.

Inside the Ressence Type 1° DX3 is their automatic ROCS 1.3 caliber. Which is a module driven by the minute axle that drives all the discs on the dial. The power reserve is 36 hours. The watch comes on a beige rubber strap.

The watch is limited to 35 pieces, and comes with a Beige rubber strap with a pin buckle. This final launch is accompanied by Ressence's first book “Arts & Crafts in Motion,” limited to 200 copies. The publication offers insights into the genesis, craftsmanship, and fusion of Arab Geometric Art and Horological Decorative Art within the unique DX trilogy. The collaborative timepiece between Ressence and Ahmed Seddiqi & Sons is available to purchase via inquiry for 23,600 CHF which is equivalent to 98,000 AED.
