The New Patek Philippe Twenty~4 7340/1R Perpetual Calendar

Introduced in 1999, the Twenty~4 collection was Patek Philippe’s first dedicated line of feminine timepieces. The original model featured an Art Deco-inspired manchette (cuff) design, but in 2018, the brand unveiled the Twenty~4 Automatic, which is a round-cased iteration powered by an automatic movement. This year, Patek Philippe elevates the collection further by introducing a perpetual calendar complication, marking the collection's debut in the realm of Grand Complications.
Crafted entirely in 18K rose gold, the watch features a 36mm case with a slender profile of just 9.95mm, making it sit gracefully on the wrist. The case is meticulously finished with a combination of polished and brushed surfaces, enhancing its refined aesthetic. Two dial options are available. The Ref. 7340/1R-001 features a silvery opaline dial with a vertical satin finish, evoking the texture of shantung silk that feature irregular texture, while the Ref. 7340/1R-010 presents an olive green sunburst dial for a more contemporary appeal.

Introducing Panerai Unveils The Luminor Quaranta BiTempo Goldtech

A new addition to the Luminor collection with a new metal alloy

Panerai is renowned for its bold and distinctive designs, coupled with advanced craftsmanship that sets it apart in the luxury watch industry. One of its notable innovations includes a fully mechanical wristwatch that generates its own lume. The brand has also garnered acclaim for its pioneering use of materials, such as the Ti-Ceramitech titanium alloy, which is lighter than steel and ten times tougher than traditional ceramic. Now, Panerai is expanding its iconic Luminor Quaranta collection, unveiling the BiTempo Goldtech PAM01641 with a GMT function housed in a precious material case.

Panerai's Goldtech is a proprietary gold alloy crafted with a blend of platinum and copper, imparting a rich red hue and exceptional resistance to tarnishing, thus prolonging the timepiece's durability. The 40mm case showcases a harmonious blend of brushed and polished finishes, complemented by a sapphire crystal protecting the dial and a transparent sapphire crystal caseback.

The black sandwich dial features a sunray pattern adorned with white Super-LumiNova on the Arabic numerals and indices. Positioned at 3 o’clock is the date display, while the small seconds sub-dial is located at 9 o’clock. The dial is inscribed with the name BiTempo, which means "dual time" in Italian, indicating a GMT function. The GMT hand is tipped in a luminescent material that glows with a blue hue in low-light environments.

The watch is powered by the P.900/GMT caliber, an automatic movement with a frequency of 28,800 vph (4Hz) and an Incabloc anti-shock device. It features one barrel that delivers a power reserve of 3 days (72 hours). The timepiece comes with a black alligator leather strap with tone-on-tone stitching and a trapezoidal Panerai Goldtech buckle, along with an additional black rubber strap. It is priced at €25,900, equivalent to AED 102,500.
