In 2016, the italian brand Panerai unveiled the Luminor Due collection. The collection introduced sleeker and lighter versions of Panerai’s iconic releases, all while preserving its esteemed mechanical craftsmanship.
Panerai celebrates the Year of the dragon and reveals its latest model, the Luminor Due PAM01424. The watch comes in a polished steel case with a diameter of 42mm, complemented by a polished steel bezel. It incorporates a Safety Lock crown protection device crafted in polished steel for added durability. Protecting the dial is a sapphire crystal made of corundum for enhanced clarity and scratch resistance, and the steel caseback is brushed.
The Luminor Due PAM01424 comes in a burgundy shaded dial, the ideal color in occasion of the year of the dragon since the chinese uses this color for decorations. The sandwich dial features the date at 3 o’clock and small second hand at 9 o’clock with white Super-Luminova that illuminates in green in the dark.
