Celebrating the countdown to the upcoming Olympic Winter Games
For more than ninety years, Omega has been the guardian of precision at the world’s greatest sporting stage. Since 1932, the Swiss brand has served as the Official Timekeeper of the Olympic Games, mastering the art of measuring the moments that define history.
To mark the 100-day countdown to the Olympic Winter Games Milano Cortina 2026, Omega unveils the Speedmaster 38mm Milano Cortina 2026. This special edition follows the earlier Seamaster 37mm dedicated to the event, bringing a distinctive, winter-inspired aesthetic to one of the brand’s most beloved chronographs.
The watch is housed in a 38 mm stainless-steel case, fully polished to capture the soft reflections of light. Measuring 14.75 mm in thickness and 44.96 mm from lug to lug, its proportions strike a perfect balance between presence and comfort. The design remains faithful to the Speedmaster DNA, featuring a blue ceramic bezel with a white enamel tachymeter scale. Turning the watch over reveals a solid steel caseback engraved with the Milano Cortina 2026 medallion, an emblem of the upcoming Winter Games. The case provides a robust water resistance of 100 meters.
The white varnished dial is enhanced with a light blue frosting, giving the surface a subtle shimmer reminiscent of fresh snow. A curved pattern, inspired by the “2” of the Milano Cortina 2026 logo, sweeps across the dial. The three subdials, finished with an azurage texture, recall the groomed slopes of a ski track. Hands and hour markers feature a blue CVD coating with white Super-LumiNova, while the central seconds hand carries a blue gradient. The date window at 6 o’clock displays the “26” in the distinctive Milano Cortina typography.
Powering the timepiece is Omega’s Co-Axial Calibre 3330, an automatic chronograph movement equipped with a silicon balance spring and column wheel, certified by the COSC. It beats at a frequency of 28,800 vph (4 Hz) and offers a 52-hour power reserve.
The watch is fitted with a new-generation stainless-steel bracelet featuring a folding clasp with Omega’s patented comfort release system, allowing for a micro-adjustment of 2.3 mm to ensure a perfect fit.
