4 new references in titanium or steel with exceptional stone dials
Nivada Grenchen has a rich history dating back to 1926, originating from Grenchen, Switzerland, under the craftsmanship of Jacob Schneider. In 1976, the reins of the business were passed on to his son, Max, who expanded the business to the USA market. In 2023, the brand reintroduced the F77, a 37mm stainless steel variant of the brand’s iconic sport-chic watch from the seventies, featuring an integrated bracelet.
This year, the brand unveils two grade 5 titanium variants of the F77 alongside two stainless steel variants with beautiful stone dials. Both cases are 12.6mm thick and feature a brushed and polished finish, complemented by a raised octagonal bezel. The dial is protected by a sapphire crystal, and the movement is protected by a screwed caseback. With a screw-down crown, this watch offers a 100 m of water resistance.
The two titanium references showcase either an genuine meteorite dial or an anthracite gray featuring a basket-weave pattern. The other two stainless steel watches come with blue aventurine glass-cut and lapis lazuli dials. Despite these distinct variations, all the new versions retain applied baton-style hour indices and signature hands with Super-LumiNova.
Every timepiece within the F77 Automatic collection is powered by the Soprod P024 movement. This automatic caliber operates at 28,800 vibrations per hour (4Hz) and offers a power reserve of 38 hours. The watches come with either a titanium or steel bracelet, depending on the variant.
The Anthracite variant is priced at CHF 1,410, equivalent to AED 5,800, while the Meteorite variant is priced at CHF 1,645, equivalent to AED 6,700. The Aventurine and Lapis Lazuli variants share the price of CHF 1,345, which is equivalent to AED 5,500.
