Welcome to the hub of the horoloy
A limited edition inspired by the automobile races on frozen tracks of the European Alps Mountains
TAG Heuer has a long-standing association with motorsports, reflecting its commitment to precision and performance. The brand blends traditional craftsmanship with modern technology, resulting in timepieces that exude both elegance and sportiness. The Carrera collection, TAG Heuer's iconic line, features a range of models from time-only variants to complex chronographs. Notably, in 2016, the brand introduced the Carrera Chronograph Tourbillon. This year, the collection saw a stunning addition in teal green, and now it includes a beautiful white dial variant with blue accents.
The steel case retains the same specifications as previous models, measuring 42mm in diameter and 14.3mm in thickness. It showcases a blend of brushed and polished finishes, chronograph pushers positioned at 2 and 4 o'clock, and the iconic glassbox crystal enveloping the bezel. Additionally, it features a sapphire crystal caseback, and 100 meters of water resistance.
The white dial, inspired by automobile races on the frozen tracks of the Alps Mountains, boasts a circular-brushed finish and is adorned with snailed blue chronograph counters at the 3 o'clock small seconds sub-dial and the 9 o’clock 12-hour counter. The flange complements the colors of the sub-dials, while the Super-Luminova and rhodium-plated hands and the lacquered red central chronograph seconds hand provide a striking contrast to the overall aesthetic. The dial distinguishes itself with its 60-second tourbillon positioned at 6 o'clock.
