Introducing The New Zenith Chronomaster Original Triple Calendar
Welcome to the hub of the horoloy
Two new addition to the brand’s iconic sport-chic collection in an luxurious pink gold case
The emergence of the luxury sports watch category marked a significant turning point in horology, blending high-end craftsmanship with sporty aesthetic. This fusion redefined traditional concepts of luxury timepieces by introducing a versatile and durable style suitable for various occasions. Among the earliest releases of this trend was the Girard-Perregaux Laureato, which was first seen in 1975.
The Laureato stood out with its distinctive shaped case and integrated bracelet, combining elegance with sportiness. Its iconic design elements, like the octagonal bezel set on a tonneau-shaped case, made it a key member of the luxury sports watch category. Now, Girard-Perregaux unveils two new additions to the Laureato collection with Sage Green and Ultramarine Blue dials, with luxurious pink gold cases.

The watch is crafted from 18k pink gold, featuring a combination of brushed and polished finishes that accentuate the intricate shapes of the collection. Its case has a diameter of 42 mm and a thickness of 10.68 mm. The dial is protected by a sapphire crystal, with a similar glass on the caseback, offering a water-resistance of up to 50 meters.
Both dials feature a beautiful Clous de Paris pattern, giving their surface a three-dimensional charm. This textured design is achieved through a complex manufacturing process involving over 50 steps, which creates an intricately woven pattern. This craftsmanship causes the dial's shades to shift when viewed from different angles, displaying a range of fifty hues in green and blue.
The dial has golden baton-style hour and minute hands, along with matching baton-type indexes that are both coated with luminescent material, providing a bright glow in low-light conditions. The central seconds hand nearly touches the minute track on the flange, allowing for easy time reading. A date window at 3 o'clock displays white numerals on an ultramarine blue or sage green disc that matches the dial.
The watch is powered by the Manufacture Calibre GP01800, an automatic movement consisting of 191 components. The plate features circular graining, while the bridges are decorated with straight Côtes de Genève, and the pink gold oscillating weight is adorned with circular Côtes de Genève. This movement operates at a frequency of 28,800 vph (4Hz) and provides a power reserve of 54 hours.
