Three editions celebrate the brand’s 25th anniversary
On the occasion of its 25th anniversary, MeisterSinger launches a new flagship collection: the Panthero Jumping Hour. It includes a limited edition featuring a hand-made guilloché dial, alongside black and white editions that join the German brand’s collection as permanent models.
Jump-hour watches display the hours through an aperture revealing a rotating hour disc that advances instantaneously once every hour. This sudden transition gives the complication its name, as the hour “jumps” forward. The display has enjoyed renewed popularity in recent years, with examples from brands such as Audemars Piguet and Chronoswiss, following numerous releases throughout 2025. MeisterSinger, however, has explored this format for far longer, notably with models such as the Salthora.
The Panthero Jumping Hour adopts a single-hand display rather than a full rotating minute disc. A central hand completes a 60-minute rotation, indicating the minutes between each instantaneous hour jump.
The hour window is positioned at the very top of the dial and framed by an off-centre minute scale. At the base of this scale sits the rotating “sun wheel,” shaped like the brand’s fermata logo and overlapping the chapter ring at 6 o’clock. While it serves no measuring function, its continuous rotation provides a visual indication of the passage of time.
Three dial variations are available. Marking the anniversary in style is a 25-piece limited edition featuring a spiralling silver guilloché pattern. It is joined by two core models in black or white, both finished with a piano-lacquer sheen.
The Panthero Jumping Hour introduces an entirely new case design. Crafted from stainless steel, it measures 40.5 mm in diameter and 11.25 mm in thickness. A smooth bezel complements alternating brushed and polished surfaces, including the lugs. Sapphire crystals protect the front and back, and water resistance is rated to 50 metres.
Powering the watch is the MS-JH-01, based on the Sellita SW300 and fitted with a jumping-hour module developed in collaboration with Dubois-Dépraz. The movement operates at 28,800 vph (4 Hz) and delivers a 47-hour power reserve. It is visible through the exhibition caseback, where a MeisterSinger-signed rotor features concentric finishing.
The watch is worn on a brown calfskin strap with crocodile embossing, while regular production models are paired with black or white crocodile-embossed calfskin straps. Milanese bracelets and additional leather options are also available.
