Introducing Breguet Refreshes the Tradition Collection with a Modern Touch
Welcome to the hub of the horoloy
A limited edition inspired by one of gaming’s most iconic characters
Krayon has never approached watchmaking as a matter of adding complexity for its own sake. From the beginning, the independent brand has built its reputation on something more nuanced: the idea that mechanical watchmaking can express a personal relationship with time. That perspective has given the brand a distinct voice in modern horology.

That is precisely why the new Krayon x PAC-MAN is so interesting. On paper, it sounds unexpected. Yet the watch does not feel like a detour from the brand’s identity. If anything, it reveals how confidently Krayon can now express its own language. By reworking the Anywhere complication through the digital world of PAC-MAN, the brand takes one of its most creative mechanical ideas and gives it a new form, along with a surprising sense of joy.

The case is crafted in Pt950 platinum, a material long associated with Krayon’s most elevated and expressive creations. The platinum case frames the concept with the seriousness of a true high-horology object. It measures 39 mm in diameter and 9.5 mm in thickness. Water resistance is rated at 30 metres.

The dial is made from onyx, providing a deep, almost nocturnal backdrop for a PAC-MAN scene that is far more considered than a simple decorative crossover. Krayon takes the visual language of the original 1980 game and integrates it directly into the logic of the complication. At the centre are the hour and minute hands, while the broader display turns the cycle of the day into something that feels like a living level of PAC-MAN. The yellow character serves as the indicator on the 24-hour display, effectively taking over the role of the sun within the Anywhere system. Around it, ghosts, dots, fruit, and the oversized cookie are not placed arbitrarily. They participate in the reading of time. The ghosts’ eyes indicate sunrise, while the large cookie marks sunset. The date and month are positioned at 6 o’clock, and the dial is further enriched by translucent tampography for the maze, hand-painted ghosts and fruit, and typography inspired by the pixelated visual identity of the original game.

Inside is the manually wound Caliber C030 with stopwork, which limits how far the mainspring can be wound down or wound up. The movement operates at a frequency of 21,600 vph (3 Hz) and offers a power reserve of 72 hours. It displays the hours and minutes, sunrise and sunset times, a 24-hour indication, a simple calendar, and the month.
The watch is paired with a hand-stitched black alligator leather strap and secured by a Pt950 platinum pin buckle. It is issued as a limited series of 15 pieces, and the price is available upon request.
