Projekt 01 With its iconic dial Returns in a blue Hue
Back in Blue. Marking two years since its debut, kollokium introduces the sixth iteration of Projekt 01 (K,P–n°01), known as Variant G. This time, the singular neubrutalist watch embraces a more refined palette. The release includes one dial paired with two optional handset configurations, for a combined limited edition of 499 pieces.
The watch measures 40 mm at its widest point and maintains the distinctive case geometry of earlier models. However, it is now slightly thicker, with a height of 11 mm including the box-shaped, domed sapphire crystal. Water resistance has also been improved, increasing from 30 meters to 50 meters.
The case is constructed in two parts: a barrel-shaped caseback and lugs inspired by screwdriver heads, evoking a functional, industrial aesthetic. The absence of a traditional bezel enhances legibility, allowing the box-shaped sapphire crystal, treated with anti-reflective coating, to offer an unobstructed view of the dial.
Projekt 01 Variant G introduces a softer tonal direction, using shades of blue that lend a fresh dimension to the watch’s graphical and three-dimensional architecture.

The dial, presented in a matte, powdery cornflower-blue hue, features blue-emission Super-LumiNova. It is meticulously set by hand with 468 steel pins in six varying widths and heights. Each pin features a hollowed tip hand-filled with the same luminous blue pigment used on the dial, creating the impression of a texture lifted from the surface. The pins receive a deep navy PVD treatment with a matte–metallic finish that offers subtle sheen. As with all kollokium Projekts to date, each dial requires extensive manual work and a high level of craft, resulting in unique variations from piece to piece.
Two handset options are available: G1: Blue PVD hour and minute hands with blue Super-LumiNova centers, paired with a white seconds hand.
G2: White hour and minute hands with blue PVD centers, paired with a blue PVD seconds hand.
Powering the watch is the same Swiss automatic movement used in previous editions: the La Joux-Perret G101 caliber. It operates at 28,800 vibrations per hour and delivers a robust 68-hour power reserve.
The strap is another defining element of Projekt 01. Inspired by outdoor performance gear, it was developed by kollokium to provide comfort, durability, and practicality. With just the right amount of elasticity, it remains secure on the wrist without constriction, and its breathable construction allows it to dry quickly. The strap uses a single-piece design with a hook fastening system and stitched loops, making on-the-go adjustments effortless.

The kollokium Projekt 01 Variant G is limited to 499 pieces and is priced at CHF 2,999, approximately AED 13,740.
