Introducing Hublot Collaborates With Samuel Ross And Presents The Big Bang Tourbillon SR_A by Samuel Ross

An iconic piece crafted by Samuel Ross to encapsulate Hublot's philosophy of the Art of Fusion

Hublot collaborated with artist, and designer Samuel Ross this year to present a successor to their initial limited edition skeletonized honeycomb orange model, inseparable from its vibrant appearance, the new Hublot Big Bang Tourbillon SR_A by Samuel Ross takes on a completely monochromatic persona with its sleek titanium gray case. This latest iteration offers a twist in its design, with interchangeable straps available in three distinct colors, providing a stylish and versatile accent to the watch's elegant gray ensemble.

The case's design and construction retain their fundamental characteristics. However, there's a notable shift from the bright orange polymer case to an entire case crafted from micro-blasted titanium. The dimensions and specifications, measuring 44mm in diameter by 13.75mm in thickness, remain unchanged. The rubberized grip on the winding crown is now in a gray shade, departing from the original model's signature orange hue, seamlessly blending with the watch's overall aesthetic.

The skeletonized titanium plate acts as a captivating backdrop, creating the illusion of movement components suspended above it on the watch's dial side. It includes a tourbillon positioned at 6 o’clock with a metallic gray shade tourbillon bridge instead of orange, harmonizing with the refreshed full-titanium appearance of the case, and a micro-rotor position at 12 o’clock with hands and circular indices filled with Super-Luminova. Additionally, a minute ring elegantly encircles the intricately skeletonized dial.

The watch is powered by the in-house Caliber HUB6035, an automatic movement that featured in the previous Samuel Ross limited edition and other Big Bang Tourbillon watches from the brand. This caliber boasts 72 hours of power reserve, and operates at a frequency of 21,600vph (3 Hz).

The Big Bang Tourbillon SR_A by Samuel Ross, offers a versatile selection of three rubber straps in white, black, and vivid green, with a titanium deployment clasp. This new edition encourages owners to customize their watch's appearance by easily swapping out the straps as they all incorporate Hublot’s quick release system. In contrast to the original version, which sported a single fixed color scheme.

The watch is limited to 50 pieces, and comes with a price of CHF 117,000 which is equivalent to AED 480,000.
