Limited Editions feature snake motifs and diamond-set gold cases
Harry Winston celebrates the Chinese New Year with the launch of two exclusive women's timepieces in limited editions. Both watches feature a decorated dial displaying the snake, the symbolic animal of the year 2025 in Chinese tradition. The first is crafted from 18-carat rose gold, while the second is made from 18-carat white gold. These timepieces continue a tradition started by Harry Winston in 2016, offering special editions for the Chinese New Year. These luxurious watches combine gold cases set with diamonds, intricately decorated dials, and automatic movement mechanisms.
Available in either a white gold or rose gold case, these watches measure 36 mm in diameter and 9.1 mm in height. The bezel is adorned with 118 brilliant-cut diamonds set in two rows, while the crown at 12 o'clock is embellished with a white pearl. Sapphire crystal protects both sides of the case, which offers water resistance up to 30 meters.
The dials are intricately decorated with a lacquered snake emerging from lush vegetation. The rose gold model symbolizes daytime with bright colors, featuring a light green mother-of-pearl background and a coiled red snake. The dial is further enriched with engraved grooves, golden petals, and dark blue eyes. In contrast, the white gold version depicts a darker palette, showcasing a dark blue mother-of-pearl background with a lacquered dark red snake. This version is complemented by marquise-cut emeralds and diamonds. The hour and minute hands are crafted in rose or white gold, depending on the model.

At the heart of these watches is the HW2010 caliber, a compact and meticulously crafted mechanical movement with automatic winding. Measuring 21.0 mm in diameter and 3.30 mm in thickness, this movement consists of 174 components and 20 jewels. Operating at a frequency of 21,600 vibrations per hour (3 Hz), it features a flat silicon balance spring for precision and durability, along with a 40-hour power reserve. The movement’s aesthetic appeal is enhanced by a 22K rose gold skeletonized rotor, circular Côtes de Genève, and rhodium plating bridges.
Both models are paired with a red alligator strap featuring a matching gold buckle. Each edition is limited to just eight pieces, and the price is available upon request.
