Vantablack Dial Shines in the Second Chapter of the Genesis Series
Following the success and positive reception of the Endeavour Centre Seconds Genesis in 2022, with its hybrid case crafted using 3D printing technology and a distinctive dial design inspired by the digital world, H. Moser & Cie now unveils the second chapter of the Genesis series, this time within the Streamliner collection.
The Endeavour Centre Seconds Genesis marked the beginning of an unconventional design journey, an experimental watch that crossed digital boundaries to embrace the language of Web3, blockchain technology, and NFTs, serving as the first chapter of the three-part Genesis story. With the Streamliner Genesis 2, Moser shifts its focus from the abstract digital world to a watch with tangible presence, seamlessly integrating several of the brand’s signature elements.
The Streamliner Genesis 2 features a smooth, ergonomic steel cushion-shaped case measuring 40mm in diameter and 10.3mm in height (12.1mm including the sapphire crystal). The crown, crafted from pixelated 3D-printed titanium, echoes the design of the first Genesis model. The case is water-resistant to 120 metres.
On the dial, Vantablack, the darkest material ever created, absorbing 99.965% of light, sets the stage. The hour and minute hands, tipped with Globolight inserts, stand out against the profound blackness. Their pixelated motif recalls the bezel and crown of the first Genesis but interpreted here in a softer, more introspective manner. With no indices or logo, the dial’s blackness takes center stage, creating a minimalist yet dramatic visual.
Powering the watch is the in-house HMC 203 calibre, an automatic movement featuring partially skeletonised bridges and an openworked 18k gold rotor. The bridges, finished in anthracite with Moser’s signature double stripes, complement the large balance wheel with a Straumann hairspring. It oscillates at 21,600 vph and delivers a robust 3-day power reserve from its single barrel.
The watch is paired with Moser’s iconic integrated stainless steel bracelet, whose fluid links continue the signature aesthetic of the Streamliner collection. It closes with a folding clasp featuring three steel blades, engraved with the Moser logo.

Limited to 100 pieces, 50 reserved for owners of the Endeavour Centre Seconds Genesis, and 50 available, the Streamliner Genesis 2 is priced at CHF 29,900, approximately 138,000 AED.
