A Limited Edition with a Stainless Steel Case Featuring a New Green Dial
Frédérique Constant unveils its latest addition to the Classic Tourbillon collection, a direct continuation of its previous 2023 releases. The brand kicked off 2025 with a special edition of the Classic Worldtimer Manufacture in collaboration with its Singapore distributor, and now returns with the new Classic Tourbillon Manufacture Green.
The Classic Tourbillon collection, in its refreshed version revealed in 2023, is distinguished by an innovative case design. It was introduced in several luxurious materials, including a rose gold version, a platinum edition with a meteorite dial, and a white gold model featuring an aventurine glass dial. Today, this timepiece comes in a stainless steel case with a deep green dial, a design previously seen in the Classic Moonphase collection, now adorning the latest Classic Tourbillon release.
The new Classic Tourbillon is encased in a three-part polished stainless steel case, following the same design language seen in earlier Classic Tourbillon models crafted from different materials. It features a slim bezel, straight lugs, and an onion-shaped crown. The case measures 39 mm in diameter and stands 10.99 mm tall. Its convex sapphire crystal, treated with an anti-reflective coating, ensures the intricate dial details remain clearly visible, while the see-through case back, engraved with the individual limited-edition number, offers a clear view of the watch’s movement. The case is water-resistant up to 50 meters.
The dial of the new Classic Tourbillon Manufacture is the centerpiece of the watch, presented in a deep palm green hue with a radiant sunray finish. At the 6 o’clock position, the tourbillon is proudly displayed, with its bridge engraved in gold with the model’s limited-edition number, underscoring the exclusivity of this timepiece. The hand-polished silver hour and minute hands sweep elegantly over applied silver diamond-cut indices, completing the refined design.
Beneath the transparent sapphire case back lies the in-house automatic FC-980 caliber. Operating at 28,800 vibrations per hour (VPH) and offering a power reserve of 38 hours, the movement includes a silicon escapement wheel, 33 jewels, and a brass oscillating weight with a tungsten outer rim.
The watch is paired with a green alligator leather strap, fastened by a folding buckle. Limited to 150 pieces, the Classic Tourbillon Manufacture Green is priced at EUR 14,995, equivalent to AED 57,200.
