Expanding the Jumping Hour line with an elegant black edition
The Terra Nova collection was introduced in 2024, representing Bremont’s contemporary take on the field watch. Drawing inspiration from early 20th-century military pocket and trench watches, the collection blends compact proportions with a geometric cushion-shaped case and a low-profile stance on the wrist.
Last year, the brand took a further step with the release of its first jumping hour models in bronze and stainless steel. Today, Bremont expands the collection with the Terra Nova 38 Jumping Hour Stealth Black, introducing an entirely black execution.

The case measures 38 mm in diameter with a thickness of 9.10 mm and is crafted from 904L stainless steel, finished with a black DLC coating. Satin and polished surfaces create subtle definition across the exterior, while the compact proportions and cushion-shaped profile maintain a balanced presence on the wrist. Water resistance is rated at 30 meters.

The dial adopts a closed-case construction, presenting time through three separate apertures. A black base sets the tone, while white printed numerals appear on the hour and minute discs, with the hour numerals treated with luminescent material for visibility in low-light conditions. Time is displayed via a jumping hour window positioned at 12 o’clock and a minute window at 6 o’clock. The dial also features a central running seconds indicator, shaped like a compass point and filled with Super-LumiNova.

Powering the watch is the automatic BC634 movement, developed in collaboration with Sellita. Operating at a frequency of 28,800 vph (4 Hz), the movement delivers a power reserve of 56 hours. Its defining feature is an instantaneous jumping hour mechanism, completing each transition in under one-tenth of a second.

The watch is offered with two strap options: a quick-release bracelet crafted from DLC-coated 904L stainless steel or a black leather bund strap. This model joins the permanent collection, with pricing available upon request.
