A Black Ceramic Timepiece in Collaboration with Ahmed Seddiqi
On the occasion of Dubai Watch Week, DOXA unveils the Special Edition SUB 300β Ceramic ‘Dubai Watch Week 2025’, featuring a ceramic case, bezel, and crown. This unprecedented two-tone combination of matte black and cherry red fuses tool-watch engineering with urban elegance.
DOXA and Ahmed Seddiqi share a common vision of watchmaking: an art deeply rooted in tradition yet driven by forward-looking creativity and a passion for transmission. Both value authenticity, expertise, and the pursuit of meaning in horological creation. Born from a partnership built on shared ideals of heritage and excellence, they present—exclusively for Dubai Watch Week 2025, a special edition of the SUB 300β that reflects their mutual commitment.
The result is a masterful interplay of proportions, materials, and colors that anchors the watch firmly in the present. The matte black ceramic case is complemented by a bezel whose tone-on-tone cherry-red engravings subtly extend the dial’s character while enhancing the watch’s sporty identity.

Guided by the belief that a sports watch should be effortlessly wearable in any situation, the SUB 300β Ceramic ‘Dubai Watch Week 2025’ preserves the original DNA of the line while cultivating a refined sense of style. Measuring 42.50 mm in diameter and 44.50 mm lug-to-lug, DOXA has noticeably slimmed the design, achieving a case height of just 11.95 mm and a bezel 0.5 mm thinner than that of the SUB 300T. Inside its 42.5 mm silhouette, the watch houses a pressure-resistant titanium inner container that protects the movement, along with DOXA’s patented—and celebrated—unidirectional rotating bezel with dual dive-time and no-decompression depth indications, a screw-down crown, and 300-meter water resistance. A scratch-resistant sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating completes the exterior.
The sunburst cherry-red dial plays beautifully with the light, forming a striking contrast with the black hands and indexes, all generously filled with white Super-LumiNova. This edition is presented without a date window.

Powering the watch is the widely used Swiss automatic movement found throughout the SUB 300 collection: the Sellita SW200-1 with hacking seconds, running at 28,800 vph and offering a power reserve of approximately 38 hours. The COSC-certified movement receives decorative finishing in DOXA’s own atelier.

The DOXA SUB 300β is fitted with a supple black FKM rubber strap that integrates seamlessly with the case, delivering exceptional comfort on the wrist. It also comes with a timeless grey NATO strap included in the box. Despite its cosmopolitan refinement, it remains a true dive watch, equipped with a deployant clasp and wetsuit extension adorned with DOXA’s hallmark ‘fish’ emblem.
Limited to 11 pieces, this special edition is available exclusively at Ahmed Seddiqi boutiques in the UAE, priced at CHF 4,200 or AED 18,750.
