Doxa Expands the SUB 200 Collection with Eight New References, Introducing a New Design for the Iconic Dive Bezel. This unidirectional directional bezel, which Doxa was the first to introduce on a dive watch in 1967, was originally designed to calculate and monitor no-decompression dive times. The new editions bring a distinctive evolution to the watch’s appearance while preserving the ruggedness and rich heritage that define the brand.

A modern touch is added with the polished steel ring affixed to the bezel, which doesn’t replace the previous sapphire inserts but complements them as a slimmer and more refined alternative. This flat, technically styled design interacts with light in a unique way, offering a sophisticated contrast with the stainless steel case and enhancing the SUB 200’s versatility, whether worn in city streets or by the coast.

Previously available with sapphire or even diamond-set bezels, the SUB 200 now presents an alternative that elevates its professional character and emphasizes the dial’s visual presence.

Staying true to the collection’s specifications, the 42 mm stainless steel case measures 14 mm in height. It features brushed surfaces with polished bevels, a solid screw-in caseback, and a screw-down crown, ensuring water resistance up to 200 meters. 

The watch is topped with a domed sapphire crystal and fitted with the brand’s signature short, sweeping lyre lugs, reminiscent of the 1960s. In this new edition, the unidirectional bezel is crafted from polished steel.

With this updated bezel design and expanded dial options, the SUB 200 collection now offers even more variations to suit diverse tastes and personalities.

The collection is available in eight dial colors: Professional (orange), Sharkhunter (black), Searambler (silver), Caribbean (navy blue), Aquamarine (turquoise), Divingstar (yellow), White Pearl (white), and Sea Emerald (green). While all dials feature a matte finish, the Sea Emerald stands out with a sunray-brushed dial. 

The baton indices and central hands are filled with white Super-LumiNova, ensuring optimal legibility. The color of the minutes track coordinated with the dial matches the date window frame at 3 o’clock, as well as the Doxa and Sub 200 inscriptions.

Powered the collection is the automatic movement from sellita caliber SW200-1 calibre, beats at 4Hz and delivers a 38-hour power reserve. 

For the Sub 200 you can choose between stainless steel beads-of-rice bracelet or an FKM rubber strap matching the dial colour, both with a folding clasp and diving suit extension. While The Sea Emerald comes with a  green NATO strap.

The new Doxa Sub 200 editions will join the permanent collection, with prices starting at CHF 1,050 (approximately AED 4,700) for the FKM rubber strap. The stainless steel bracelet is priced at CHF 1,090 (around AED 4,870), while the NATO strap available exclusively on the Sea Emerald model is priced at CHF 920 (approximately AED 4,110).
