Introducing Breguet Refreshes the Tradition Collection with a Modern Touch

Four sporty new releases with a rotating bezel
The Tsuyosa collection is an integrated-bracelet sports watch that was never intended to be extreme or overtly technical. Instead, it is built around proportion, wearability, and accessibility. In its latest releases, Citizen introduces the Tsuyosa Shore series. The familiar silhouette remains, but the watch now leans toward a more functional, purpose-driven expression.

The case retains the integrated architecture that defines the Tsuyosa line, but it is now topped by a unidirectional rotating bezel with a 60-minute scale. This single addition alters the character of the watch more than expected, giving it a more utilitarian stance. The sapphire crystal remains in place and features a magnifier over the date, while the finishing continues to alternate between brushed surfaces and polished accents. The recessed crown at 4 o’clock remains push-pull.

The diameter is set at 40 mm, keeping the watch firmly within contemporary sports-watch territory. Thickness increases slightly to 12.5 mm, a natural consequence of the rotating bezel and reinforced sealing. Stainless steel serves as the base material across the range, with certain references offering partial or full yellow gold-colour plating that extends across the case and bracelet. On the reverse, the Tsuyosa Shore is closed with a screwed exhibition caseback that offers a view of the movement inside. Water resistance is rated at 100 metres, a meaningful upgrade over earlier Tsuyosa models.

Dial colour options include navy blue, marine blue, coral red, and moss green, each paired with a matching bezel insert to create a cohesive, summery palette. The sunray-brushed finish is retained, while the hands have been made slightly bolder to improve legibility. Luminous material is applied to the hands, applied indices, and the lollipop seconds hand. A date window is positioned at 3 o’clock.

Powering the watch is Citizen’s in-house Calibre 8210. This automatic movement operates at a frequency of 21,600 vph and delivers a power reserve of 42 hours. Importantly, these references include a hacking seconds function, allowing for precise time setting.

The integrated bracelet follows the same design language as the case, using a three-link construction and a folding clasp. Finishing and colour treatment are matched to each version, whether in plain steel, two-tone, or full yellow gold-colour plating.

The watches join Citizen’s permanent collection and the blue editions are priced at EUR 329 ≈ AED 1,430. The two-tone version is priced at EUR 349 ≈ AED 1,510, while the gold-toned model comes in at EUR 359 ≈ AED 1,560.
