Introducing Breguet Refreshes the Tradition Collection with a Modern Touch
Welcome to the hub of the horoloy
Innovation and Technology Reflect the Brand’s Modern Vision of the Moonphase
Chronoswiss presents two new interpretations of the moon, each through a distinctly modern lens. The Lunar Chronograph Aurora and the Space Timer Gravity draw inspiration from the cosmos, yet express it through radically different mechanical languages. One revisits an iconic model, reimagining it for the era of Modern Mechanical, the other ventures into deep space, blending hand-guilloché artistry with cutting-edge dial technology.
The Space Timer Gravity retains the design of its predecessor, housed in a 44mm stainless-steel case with a thickness of 15.2mm, finished in matte grey. Signature Chronoswiss elements, including the onion-shaped crown and knurled bezel, anchor the watch in the brand’s DNA. Sapphire crystal on both sides ensures a view of the movement, while offering water resistance up to 100 meters.
The dial adopts Chronoswiss’s renowned regulator layout, reinterpreted with a contemporary twist. Its partially hand-guilloché surfaces feature a color-changing CVD coating that shifts between deep green and oceanic blue depending on the light. Transparent hour and date rings, crafted from ITR2, a lightweight, resilient composite, appear to float above the dial. Beneath them, the exposed gear train is framed by a baby-blue bridge, echoing the sweeping seconds hand and adding a crisp, modern contrast to the cosmic scene.

The hour subdial sits at 12 o’clock, while the minute and seconds hands occupy the center. Rhodium-plated, blade-shaped hands provide a refined aesthetic. At 6 o’clock, the moonphase indicator is integrated within the date ring, with the moon rendered in thermally colored titanium and accented with Super-LumiNova. Indices combine ceramic and Super-LumiNova for enhanced low-light readability.
The Space Timer Gravity is powered by the Chronoswiss C.308 caliber. With a 42-hour power reserve and a frequency of 4Hz, the transparent case back reveals the highly finished movement, including a skeletonized rotor with Côtes de Genève detailing.
The Space Timer Gravity comes on a grey nubuck leather strap with a stainless-steel pin buckle and is limited to 50 pieces. Priced at 21,300 CHF which is equivalent to 100,880 AED.

With the Lunar Chronograph Aurora, Chronoswiss brings this enduring classic into the Modern Mechanical era, preserving its distinctive character while giving it a contemporary presence. Since its debut in 1999, the Lunar Chronograph has exemplified a harmonious union of complications: chronograph, date, and moonphase, all arranged in a balanced, architectural layout. It embodies classical Swiss watchmaking with a bold, independent spirit, now evolved with the Aurora.
The 41mm polished stainless-steel case carries unmistakable Chronoswiss DNA, including the iconic onion crown and screwed lugs, which anchor the watch in its lineage while allowing the dial to command attention.

The dial is fully CVD-coated, shifting from deep green to vivid blue depending on light, evoking the aurora borealis that inspired its name. Every movement of the wrist creates a subtle, captivating change in atmosphere.
The chronograph center seconds measures elapsed time with clarity and precision, supported by a 30-minute and a 12-hour counter. At 3 o’clock, the moonphase introduces a poetic counterpoint, connecting mechanical time to celestial rhythm. The central analog date traces the outer edge of the dial, while the small seconds at 9 o’clock adds visual equilibrium. Breguet Losange steel hands are lacquered in white for contrast and legibility.
Inside, the automatic Caliber C.755 operates at 28,800 vph (4Hz) with a 46-hour power reserve. Visible through the sapphire case back, the movement reflects meticulous finishing and Chronoswiss’s commitment to mechanical authenticity.
Paired with a grey nubuck strap, the Lunar Chronograph Aurora will joins the company's permanent editions. Priced at 9,800 CHF which is equivalent to 100,880 AED.
