Introducing Breguet Refreshes the Tradition Collection with a Modern Touch
Welcome to the hub of the horoloy
A limited edition shaped by racing heritage and high-speed performance
Partnerships between iconic brands are rarely coincidental. It is within this context that Breitling and Aston Martin find common ground two names long associated with speed, engineering mastery, and timeless design. Founded in 1884, Breitling has built its reputation on precision timekeeping and functional chronographs, becoming a reference point in aviation, motorsport, and professional instrumentation. With a strong focus on in-house movements, COSC-certified accuracy, and purpose-driven design, the brand has consistently positioned its watches as instruments built for performance under pressure.

That same philosophy defines Aston Martin, the British marque established in 1913 by Lionel Martin and Robert Bamford. Renowned for handcrafted performance cars that balance elegance with raw power, Aston Martin’s history is deeply rooted in motorsport and innovation, from its early racing success to its modern presence in Formula One. Craftsmanship, engineering excellence, and a relentless pursuit of performance sit at the core of its identity.

A natural point of connection between the two brands lies in Breitling’s Navitimer collection, introduced in 1952 as a professional tool designed to measure speed, time, and distance with uncompromising precision. Over decades, the Navitimer has evolved into an icon, closely associated with pilots, drivers, and those who operate where accuracy is essential.
Building on this shared heritage, Breitling and Aston Martin announced a global multi-year partnership, uniting the worlds of luxury watchmaking, high-performance automobiles, and Formula One. Today, this collaboration is formally realized with the introduction of the “Navitimer B01 Chronograph 43 Aston Martin Aramco Formula One Team”, the first timepiece released under the partnership and a statement of their joint commitment to precision, performance, and design.
The case is crafted from lightweight titanium, measuring 43mm in diameter with a thickness of 13.69mm and a lug-to-lug height of 49.07mm. The watch is fitted with a cambered sapphire crystal, glareproofed on both sides to ensure maximum legibility in all lighting conditions, while the screwed sapphire caseback provides a clear view of the movement within. A non-screw-locked crown with dual gaskets enhances water protection without compromising ease of use, and the design is completed by a polished titanium bezel.
The dial is executed in carbon fiber, reinforcing the watch’s direct connection to motorsport and high-performance engineering. It is paired with hour and minute hands and applied indexes filled with green Super-LumiNova, ensuring clear legibility in low-light conditions while echoing Aston Martin’s signature racing green.
The chronograph counters are finished in silver, creating a crisp visual contrast against the dark dial surface, while a date aperture positioned at 6 o’clock preserves overall symmetry. A yellow central seconds hand introduces a dynamic accent inspired by racing instrumentation, complemented by a black-and-white printed tracks that enhances readability.
Powering the watch is the Breitling Manufacture Caliber B01, an in-house automatic chronograph movement. It delivers an approximate 70-hour power reserve, ensuring consistent performance over extended wear. The movement operates at 28,800 vph (4 Hz), providing chronograph precision to 1/4th of a second, and features 30-minute and 12-hour totalizers for extended timing functionality. Its architecture is built around a column wheel and vertical clutch, a configuration favored for smooth chronograph engagement and long-term reliability. The Caliber B01 is COSC-certified, confirming its chronometer-level accuracy and reinforcing its reputation as one of the most technically accomplished chronograph movements in modern watchmaking.
It comes with an embossed leather strap inspired by racing belts, secured with a folding clasp. This watch is a limited edition of 1,959 pieces, a tribute to the year 1959, which marks Aston Martin’s first entry into Formula One and a defining milestone in the brand’s motorsport heritage. Priced at USD 11,500 which is equivalent to AED 42,200.
