The Indie Watchmaker Iconic Creation Returns in a Striking New Evolution for Dubai Watch Week
Two years after the debut of the first Inverto, Bernhard Lederer returns for Dubai Watch Week 2025 with a new interpretation in titanium: lighter, more refined, and designed with a quiet sense of purpose. The Inverto Titanium continues a line defined by precision engineering, architectural transparency, and a profound respect for traditional chronometry.
Its inverted architecture exposes what was once hidden. Components previously visible only through the caseback are now fully displayed from the dial side. In fact, the watch has no traditional dial: all mechanics are on full display, leaving nothing concealed, and time is read directly on the movement itself.

The concave titanium case, shaped to follow the wrist, reflects the watch’s technical clarity through an equally thoughtful design language. Every curve and surface has been meticulously finished by hand in Lederer’s Neuchâtel manufacture, ensuring both comfort and continuity of line. The case retains the same 39 mm diameter as its predecessor from the CIC Longitude collection. A domed sapphire crystal provides a breathtaking view of the movement’s intricacies.
For the first time, titanium becomes central to the Inverto. Light, resilient, and challenging to finish, it reveals every nuance of the craftsman’s touch. Each element is polished entirely by hand, with reflections shifting from soft satin to mirror polish.

The skeletonized dial highlights the highly finished movement components, a striking mix of silver-toned and gold elements, crowned by the heat-blued hour and minute hands.
At the heart of the Inverto Titanium lies Calibre 9019, a dual detent escapement powered by a double constant-force remontoir visible from both sides of the movement. Every fifteen seconds, two synchronized systems release stored energy in perfect unison, maintaining stable torque from the first wind to the last. By revisiting the Gafner principle and minimizing unlocking resistance, Lederer achieves exceptional constancy of power delivery, a refinement that enhances both precision and longevity. Each remontoir is supported by its own gear train and barrel.
Turning the watch reveals an architectural engraving inspired by the structure of the movement. Beneath it, a small seconds hand traces its path in harmony with the remontoir’s cycle.
Each Inverto Titanium is assembled, regulated, and finished entirely by hand within Bernhard Lederer’s workshops. Production is deliberately limited, and the watch is offered with either a calf leather strap or a caoutchouc strap. Priced at CHF 152,000 which is equivalent to 702,400 AED.
