Introducing Breguet Refreshes the Tradition Collection with a Modern Touch
Welcome to the hub of the horoloy
The French company continues its tradition of honoring aircraft instruments
Recently, Bell & Ross has updated its renowned BR-03 collection, introducing new editions inspired by aircraft instruments. The latest addition is the Bell & Ross BR-03 Horizon, part of the Flight Instruments collection, which draws on the design of aviation instruments to create distinctive, highly functional timepieces.

Originally launched in 2010, this collection has seen numerous editions, with the most recent being the BR-03 Gyrocompass. Now, we welcome the new BR-03 Horizon to the lineup.

The BR-03 Horizon, also known as an attitude indicator, symbolizes flight by depicting the aircraft in relation to the earth, with blue representing the sky, dark tones for the earth, and red lines at the center to signify the aircraft's wings. The vertical gyroscope allows pilots to monitor the aircraft's attitude and angle without the need for external references.

In 2023, the iconic BR-03 range was reinvented with new proportions. The signature "circle within a square" design is now housed in a refined 41mm x 41mm black ceramic case with a micro-blasted finish. Measuring 10.6mm thick, the case provides 100 meters of water resistance, with the case back secured by four screws.
Though the dial may initially seem complex, closer examination reveals its simplicity. Hours are displayed on a dual-disc system in blue and black, accompanied by white minute hands for easy readability.
The contrasting black-and-white seconds hand sweeps elegantly across the dial, while a red decal at the center emphasizes the horizon. An inner bezel encircles the dial, showcasing the minute track.
Powering the BR-03 Horizon is the Caliber BR-CAL.327, based on the reliable Sellita SW300-1. This automatic movement beats at 28,800 vph (4 Hz) and provides a 54-hour power reserve.
