The New Patek Philippe Twenty~4 7340/1R Perpetual Calendar

Introduced in 1999, the Twenty~4 collection was Patek Philippe’s first dedicated line of feminine timepieces. The original model featured an Art Deco-inspired manchette (cuff) design, but in 2018, the brand unveiled the Twenty~4 Automatic, which is a round-cased iteration powered by an automatic movement. This year, Patek Philippe elevates the collection further by introducing a perpetual calendar complication, marking the collection's debut in the realm of Grand Complications.
Crafted entirely in 18K rose gold, the watch features a 36mm case with a slender profile of just 9.95mm, making it sit gracefully on the wrist. The case is meticulously finished with a combination of polished and brushed surfaces, enhancing its refined aesthetic. Two dial options are available. The Ref. 7340/1R-001 features a silvery opaline dial with a vertical satin finish, evoking the texture of shantung silk that feature irregular texture, while the Ref. 7340/1R-010 presents an olive green sunburst dial for a more contemporary appeal.

Introducing Angelus Unveils Instrument De Vitesse Monopusher Chronograph

Two New Dials Added to La Fabrique Collection

Angelus, founded by the Stolz brothers in Le Locle, Switzerland, this Swiss watch brand dates back to 1891. Over the past century, it has established itself as a major player in the watchmaking industry, known for its distinctive designs and classic models such as the “Instrimo De Vitesse Monopusher Chronograph”, which was launched at Watches & Windsor 2024. Today, it is reintroduced with two new dial colors, further enriching The elegant "La Fabrique" collection.

The watch comes with a 39mm stainless steel case, meticulously crafted with a blend of brushed and polished finishes. Its slim profile measures just 9.27mm in height. The box-shaped sapphire crystal, treated with an anti-reflective coating, protects the dial while offering exceptional clarity. Additionally, the (Monopusher) chronograph pusher integrated into the crown at 3 o'clock adds functionality, and the screwed case back with a flat sapphire crystal ensures durability. It has a water resistance of up to 30 meters.

The dial epitomizes the essence of a chronograph with its sleek, vintage-inspired design, available in Indianapolis blue and Silverstone grey. The domed dials feature golden Arabic numerals, and hands, all enhanced with Super-luminova coatings for readability. A crisp tachymeter scale encircles the edge Above the white printed minute track, reinforcing its purpose as a precision instrument for measuring speed up to 60 seconds.

It's powered by the A5000 manual-winding monopusher chronograph movement, produced by La Joux-Perret for Angelus. This historically rich caliber features classic chronograph architecture. Operating at a frequency of 21,600 vph (3 Hz), it offers a power reserve of 42 hours. Visible through the sapphire case back, the intricately finished movement showcases palladium-finished components, Côtes de Genève décorations, highlighting the craftsmanship and precision that define this exceptional timepiece.

The blue dial watch comes with a dark blue nubuck calfskin strap, while the grey dial watch comes with a grey nubuck calfskin strap, both with a stainless steel pin buckle. Each color is a limited edition of 25 pieces, priced at CHF 17,200, equivalent to AED 75,680.
